About your guides
Eman is a certified and dedicated meditation, and life guide for all truth seekers - from CEO’s, artists, parents, leaders, entrepreneurs, healers. She has spent the last decade working worldwide with those who choose to transcend societal norms, devoting themselves to growth, healing and choosing a path of authenticity and collective impact. Given the natural Yang state of the world; Eman is currently focussed on curating profound experiences; balancing our body, mind, and soul through potent Yin practices rooted in breath, nourishing dialogue, and meditation. In deep reverence to her many teachers and guides around the globe; she developed her own unique path; mixing the art of presence with the excavation of self; a framework she infuses in all her work, as a guide, a human, an entity. Mona is an inspiring Egyptian yoga teacher whose journey began in 2007, igniting a passion that would transform her life and the lives of many others.With over a decade of dedicated teaching experience, she completed her first 200-hour yoga teacher training marking the beginning of her mission to share the profound benefits of Hatha yoga in her hometown of Cairo and beyond. In 2018, Mona took a bold step and relocated to the serene shores of Dahab, where she now offers classes in both Hatha and Aerial yoga. Her practice is infused with the beauty of the Red Sea, creating a unique atmosphere that invites students to connect deeply with themselves and their surroundings. Through her teachings, she aims to inspire hope and resilience, reminding everyone that even in the darkest moments, light and tranquility can be found. Mona’s journey is not just about yoga; it’s about fostering a community of strength, peace, and connection.
